About The Book: When her company sends her off on yet one more training session at a New Mexico ranch, J.D. Johnston is less than thrilled. She runs into handsome cowboy Dallas Brooks, and suddenly the prospect of spending several days in a bucolic setting doesn’t seem too bad.

For Dallas, the attraction is mutual and he can’t seem to keep his hands off J.D. While suffering through the seminar, the two of them start to realize a few things about what they really want in life, including sex with each other!

The Review: This bite-sized quick read has characters that are easy to like. J.D. – a tough, sassy, type-A single mom who's balancing menopausal symptoms with her high stress job. And Dallas, well, who doesn't love a sexy, confident man in jeans and a cowboy hat?

Ms. Lambert puts these two characters in a plausible location, with some exceptionally steamy sexual tension that culminates with an explosive erotic rendezvous. My only complaint is that I would have liked to share in more of the internal process that resulted in their final decision before that decision was revealed. Otherwise, this is an easy to read, sexy romp that I thoroughly enjoyed.

And I LOVED the cover art.
