About The Book:
Valkyrie Bellona is running away from her world by looking for a bad boy for a good time. She ends up in Vista Loma, where she meets fallen angel Gabe. They connect physically and emotionally but events create some challenges that test their feelings for each other as well as their own nature.

The Review:
Sam Cheever blends paranormalcy and reality in such a comfortable read you don't doubt the world she creates. Her characters and lovable, minor characters are developed enough to be interesting without taking over the story. The sex scenes are HOT, as is the chemistry between Bellona and Gabe.
The conflicts are both internal and external and very valid in keeping them apart and keeping the plot moving. I really enjoyed this book, and can honestly say the only things I didn't like were the generic cover and a few editing errors which were out of Sam's control. I am definitely a Sam Cheever fan!
